I always unplug my toaster oven whenever I'm done using it, but I don't even know if I should. It has no digital display or an indicator light, just knobs that turn it on and adjusts the temperature.
I do this with other electronics that have no digital display like my electronic piano and blow dryer.
Do these consume standby power when they are plugged in? What else doesn't consume standby power?
