It is supposed to be safe and its found naturally in some meats it increases strength the ability to workout longer and muscle size some of which is by water retention!
What I want to know is what effect does it have on my heart I do interval running as well as weight lifting and my hearts a muscle so could it be damaging my heart in any way?
