What does your launcher look like?

Oh, I'm fairly sure it is some type of software conflict. I don't really blame zGrab, but I'm too lazy to sort it out, so I am trying out Snap instead.

It is set in the XML document. If you nest this in the Bitmap tag, 255 0 255 will be transparent.

You use the program Snap which can be found on freeware palm or you can use Screenshot5 which is shareware. I've been using snap and then converting it to Jpeg.

Interesting Rob T. I have never heard of TreoLauncher but I like the screen shot. There are so many new launchers out there now. I know Iambic just offered a new one as well.

Iambic's launcher, is actually a licensed, customized version of Initiate launcher. I wouldn't give Iambic much credit for creativity..

Check the resolution within those pixel dimensions in Photoshop is set at 72 pixels-per-inch
