What does your launcher look like?

I don't know, but this is down far enough on my tasks list that it may take me a little while to find out. But I'll have to RTFM when that time comes, methinks!
Well, that was nice, but not necessary. I'll post back if I ever get around to figuring out what my troubles were.

Here's mine, also in ZLauncher. Goes well with my blue Zire72 in its silver case, and I find it clear and quick to navigate without sacrificing too much screen real estate.

Now I just need to figure out how to add custom app icons...
 
New version from what? It's been at version 1.0 and nothing since...

And I tried it within the past 2 months.

If you've got news on it, spill the beans.

I noticed that, as well. But the semi-vague icons turned out to be a sort of "backwards" advantage, as I could assign them to apps that didn't have their own specific icons.





I was wondering that, as well, and am disappointed that it isn't something more useful to me. Does it keep track of how many times you have to "Whack-a-'Possum" (that will be a new game at Disney, I hear...) before it finally decides it isn't welcome at the "Rakes Cat-Chow Buffet?"

I'm not sure I like the xPhone theme as well as my old stand-by Gant 2, but I'm gonna keep it another day or so and see if it grows on me. Don't get me wrong - It's a slick look. But I tend to keep lots of stuff on the upper and lower toolbars, as well as having the status bar, so that "clutter" detracts somewhat from the otherwise "clean" look of the theme. I have to say, though, that it is VERY nice. Maybe I'll try hiding those toolbars and see if that helps some. I also need to find a matching status bar / DIA skin. I've tried the Vista Bliss one, but it causes crashes when I popup the clock... I don't use MySkin or anything like that, but maybe I can find a sleek, black / silver one somewhere.
 
Changed a few times recently, discovered "lefty mode" at last, and the last pic reflects that! :D

just a few questions for ya, don't mean to be nosy but i wanted to check out some of the apps you have....

What is:

IdeaPad(is there more options than NotePad?)
HRDeluxe(no clue here, just curious)
upIRC(is it like mIRC?What is it?What's it for?)
SoundRec (i know it records sound, but whats the difference from the palm voice memo?)

Not nosy...Just curious to try them out...Oh and where can i find them?

The bottom bar is a toolbar that zlauncher has built in. The icons are shortcuts to functions such as file manager, theme manager, etc. While you can put application shortcuts in the top/bottom bars they do not use the zl icon overlays, thus show up in their original blah-ness.
