What does this statement mean: "Goat anti–mouse IgG antibody"?

Does it mean that the antibody was originally derived from the goat and injected into the mouse?
 
Mouse IgG was injected into a goat and the goat produced antibodies against this antigen.

So, "Goat anti–mouse IgG antibody" is a goat antibody against the mouse IgG.
