im on WikiHow and theres an article on how to create a flash animation. This is what it says.
Open Flash, or another program that can put images together, and export it as a Flash file. (Or just draw the images directly in Flash.)
so what does it mean by flash... i think its a program.. so how can i get it? and how do i use it?
