Does RPM refer to revolutions per minute of the camshaft? or revolutions of the Otto cycle? I can't seem to find an answer...

It means Rounds Per Minute

I think it means the rounds taken by any part of the engine

Its the shaft that drives the wheels.
I don't beleive its teh cam,
but due to a cam shaft being on the same rotation as the engine it might be the same rpm...

4 pistons means for explosions per revolution, which means 4000 explosions = 1000 revolutions.

i think the cam and the otto cycle are =
yea i thought crankshaft, but i wasnt sure if it was the right word. LMAO keep it real.
