...Keeps flashing at high speed What does the red indicator saying "Speed" means on my Kawasaki Ninja250 (1990) ? Keeps flashing at high speed, or high reving. The indicator is located on the gauges panel, next to the "Neutral" and "High beam" indicator. To make it stop flashing I tend to loose the reving and let the bike go smoother, than pull the throtle again. Am I doing something wrong ?

I forgot to mention that when this happens I am usually at about 5000-6000 RPM, in about 3thd or 4thd gear. Shouldn't I be able to push it higher towards the redline ? I'm a begginer, bare with me
