What does the little moon by the name on facebook chat mean?

Does it mean you haven't moved your mouse or anything in a while like on msn when it puts you as away? OR does it mean you have your facebook page open but minimized..you're working on something different? I've always wondered what it means
but... if they're really offline why is their name there?
 
IT MEANS THAT THE LITTLE CHAT BAR YOU HAVE YOU CLICK ON OPTIONS AND YOU PRESS GO OFFLINE AND A LITTLE BLUE MOON IS NEXT TO YOUR USERNAME WHICH MEANS THAT YOU ARE NOT REALLY OFFLINE YOU ARE OFF OF YOUR CHATTING BAR.
