Then the judge says, will the defendant please rise, you have heard the charges against you, how do you plead? --if you have no attorney the judge will ask Mr. bla bla do you have representation? then bla says yes or no, The judge says 'the court will appoint you one then bla says okay. If bla has an attorney the lawyer says my client pleads guilty or may say not guilty then the judge says this will come to case on bla bla date. dismissed.When it comes to case because you plead not guilty, the judge goes through the same crap and then says prosecutor present your case and he startes his courtroom bla bla bla etc.; then your attorney says what you told him and then he sits down and the prosecutor starts calling witnesses and when they finish your lawyer calls witnesses then when all that is done prosecutor has closing statements about how your a low-life and your witnesses are liars and his are saints and then your lawyer says your the victim here and all the evidence is circumstantial and your being railroaded and then the jury is dismisses and so on so on
