What does the joke at the beginning of "Colt 45" mean?

Wait a minute man
Hey check this out man tell it
It was this blind man right, it was this blind man right
He was feelin' his way down the street with a stick right, hey
He walked past this fish market, you know what I'm sayin'
He stopped he took a deep breath he said
Snfffffff, woooo good morning ladies!

Alright, so I just don't understand it at all. It's like supposed to be dirty though, right?
Also, what does the joke "What did the banana say to the radiator? "Why are YOU shaking, shes gonna EAT me!!!"" mean? That question has haunted me since I was just a wee lad.


I'm not like a twelve year old prepuebescent boy, though it may sound like it. I know it's kind of sad that I ask here, but its been bugging me for awhile.
 
the common misconception is that females' vaginas stink like fish. very simple.

the second joke, a radiator is a part of an automobile or whatever that helps cools the engine, and it shakes sometimes. but the banana is saying what it said because the girl most likely use it for sex-related activities.
