That really all depends on your service provider. Data plans vary with who you have your service with but I'm guessing that if you're only being charged 10 a month for data you're not getting much. Maybe 25MBs and I can pretty much guarantee that that does NOT include other options like tv and navigation and music. Your best bet would be to ask your service provider.
