What does the "Culture of Racism" mean?

I am doing an essay for my sociology class and I need to know what this means, our text book doesn't mention this and we are supposed to write an essay about it but we don't have anything on it in our notes either. I have tried researching it but I haven't found what I was looking for so any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
it means hte norm of judging tohers. for exmaple a culutre of racism woudl be like how whenever someoen says black people think of you as a racist perosn
 
It means how our culture is based on race. Take afirmative action, giving people an advantage in getting into college, getting jobs, etc. based on them being a minority. Like how rap and r&b is generally dominated by blacks, and rock and pop is generally dominated by whites, there are numerous crossovers into both though so thats a terrible example. There are other examples.


That's what I think it means.
