Im going to court next week for shoplifting for the second time, and i want to know what it does.
and why the judge might give it to me.
my other question is if its your second time shoplifting but the first time you didn't go to court, will the judge know its your second time?
Im twelve turning thirteen next week, so the judge wouldn't put me on house arrest because i have to go to school.
I think, would he put me on house arrest since Im just a kid?
