What does someone cooking the drug Meth smell like cause my neighbors cook

something stank every other day? They are Ghana Africans, I live in a condo, never smelled anyones cooking threw the wall before, but it is SOOO putrid. Smells like rotten onions, garlic,rotten cabbage (like Asian Kimche) and some stankin' animal that most of us don't eat. It burns my nose. What could it be? Please, any Africans no offense, or anyone, but what it this dish? Or are they cookin' CRACK, she owns a pharmacy and stores a lot of her drugs in her house cause I've seen her bring it in.
 
I don't know what it smells like, but you can call the police, tell them what you are smelling, have them come over when the aroma is in the air, they know what it smells like.
