On the online inmate database it says he is on pretrial hold and I asked the jail what it means and they said it means there holding him till court,but he does not have a court date set yet on the database or over the phone, he also got booked before his original court date on the 12th of January. The weird thing is every other person with worse crimes and more charges than him have a court date or release date, his is criminal trespassing. Does any one know what going on this is in Colorado.
