I AM ORDERING A SSR 125 PIT BIKE AND IT GIVES ME THE OPTION TO HAVE IT "PDI,ASSEMBLED,AND TUNED" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN???????????

In proper order.....
Assembled....when motorcycles are shipped from the factory to the dealer, they are shipped without the front wheel, bars, mirrors, and a few other parts not installed, this saves on shipping space (makes for smaller crates. When they say assembled, that means the bike was uncrated and all unassembled parts, assembled onto the bike.

PDI...stands for Pre Delivery Inspection, which is the service department going over the bike, making sure all fluids are at their proper levels, chain ajustment, cable adjustment, etc...making sure the bike is ready to ride.

Tuned...this can mean several different things depending on what shop you talk to. For me, it means making sure the bike is correctly jetted (for carbed bikes) or the ECM is properly set for optimum fuel delivery (on injected bikes), and making sure the ignition timing is properly set.
In a perfect world, this would be done on a dyno with an exhaust gas analyzer to make sure the carb, injection and ignition setting are all tuned to produce the most horsepower and torque
