What does PD20FV1: < 1 mg/ml exactly mean in a spirometry test?

That was probably part of a bronchial challenge test and is measuring the amount of bronchoconstrictor present in the respirations. It is not enough information to bring back a diagnosis for asthma.

PD20 is airways hyperresponsiveness (PD is provocative dose) and FV1 is lung function. There is a ratio between them that is explaining the level at which the drug given in the bronchial challenge (usually methacholine) is able to produce a 20% drop in FV. In this case a concentration of 1 mg/ml was able to produce this. But not enough information for a specific diagnosis.
