what does orion do as in windows vista?

i have been having a prompt from orion communications to accept there terms,who are they and what do they do,does anyone recommend them. cheers
 
Its like a messanger programme which comes installed on any computer or laptop running on Vista. its like MSN and AIM, you enter your email address and password and you've got your chats.
If you don't want it, its easy to remove and uninstall from the control panel.
