What does "N", "E", etc...

I don't know if this has been asked (Probably has in the past) but does anyone know what the Letter Designation stand for in the "N" Series, and "E" Series?

The E stands for Enterprise Series, while the N is just short for Nokia Series. (not to sure on the latter)

I think the N just stands for Nokia.
They probably got the idea for the name "Nseries" from "Ngage", but changed it to Nseries.
But the N obviously comes from Nokia.

i was once told by a nokia rep thet the "N" stands for noticible, the noticible range, not sure how tru it is but theres logic, most n-series are NOTICIBLE due to there functions and features
