What does my MRI report mean?? Help!

Appears to be transitional anatomy with probably partial left-sided sacro sedation of L5 as just by the iliolurabar ligament.

Incidental note of mild cyst desiccation and loss of disc height with mild broad-based disc protrusion at T11-T12.
