P Paul New member Jan 24, 2011 #1 My right eye it says SPH -3.25 CYL -0.75 Left SPH -0.75 CYL - 0.75 What on earth does the cyl mean? the doctor said that i shouldn't use contacts because my cyl level is too high. it means cylinder, but could someone tell me what it is?
