What does "may not contain any pre-recorded music mean"?

I am entering a video contest and in the rules it says that "Each video entry may not contain any pre-recorded music"
Now what exactly does this mean? Can I use music in my video? I have the rights from the person who made it.

it does mean you can't use music, if you find a way to put the rights and credits of the music you won't get in trouble with the contest.
