To be fair, Schumacher does have some decent pictures to his credit - Tigerland and Phone Booth to name two.
IIRC, he's said a few times that when making the 2 batman films, he was constantly being ordered to make it lighter, and that the execs were constantly pushing for it to be campier, more toy-commercial-esque, so i don't think the blame is necessarily all with him.
Having said that - the nipples, the close-ups of the codpieces, the credit card, the ice-skates from the boots, the shot of Robin being drowned in Ivy's lair which is literally played backwarRAB, the clearly rubber icicles all over the city, the plethora of vehicles (including, oddly enough, three that just happen to be perfect for icy conditions just after a third team member arrives. What would they have done if there'd only been two vehicles?), the fact that gotham's in MORTAL PERIL OF BEING FROZEN so our heroes run off to change into new outfits that are pretty much the same EXCEPT WITH SILVER BITS BECAUSE OOOOH! PRETTY!..................
I'm not even going to start on Batman Forever, with the nipples, the close-ups of the codpieces, the floor in the Riddler's lair that wasn't really there, Nicole Kidman's supposedly flirtatious and titilating delivery of lines, the neon gang, En Vogue because why?, the tunnel from Bruce's office at Wayne Enterprises directly to the Bat Cave in a journey that takes about 30 seconRAB but if you manage to actually look at the swooping camera through the city work just isn't possibly, the entire opening scene in the vault with the prison guard, all the neon around the city because OOOOH! IT'S PRETTY!....................
Having read what could have been of Batman Forever, it's a shame the original script wasn't filmed. It sound's more in line with, and more of a sequel to, Batman and Batman Returns than what we ended up with.
