What does it say about an installer when his own systems wiring looks like garbage?

I was looking at a video of someones car on You tube and the wiring looks horrible. Nothing is mounted in a rack or anything, just thrown on top of the speaker box.

I digress.

QUESTION: Would you take advice from this guy?

P.S. Your check engine light was on too. Techs. don't make for good installers, installers do.
 
I guess i would take advice from him, as long as it all works fine, just he cant install worth-a-shit, he just does it quick and runs the wiring to make it work not caring about the looks,

the check engine light could be anything, im basically a professional at car a/v wiring and in my taurus the check engine light was on that had nothing to do with it
 
well, maybe if he was pushing more than 3000 watts or something, then yeah, there would be a big mess of wires hard to hide because theyre so thick.
