What does it need to become a great journalist?

Now, i'm in 9th grade and im 14, i know it a little bit early but i really want to become a big reporter or broadcaster or journalist (media, on tv), depending on what kind of job i would get. I wanted to know what does it take for ESPN & FOX & CNN journalists and hosts to be so good and better than everyone else? What makes them better? Is it the charisma? Now, i have a really good reading and writing, and i also take french lessons, in which i do really well.
I would really appretiate any advice. Thanks!
 
besides a perfect body, smile and etc? an ability to lie, cheat, steel and be totaly dishonest?
pretty much just sell your soul to satan and get that body part and you will be fine.
Journalists of today have no talent at all.
