What does it mean when my dirt bike shuts off right after it starts even when i rev it?

I have a 1986 Suzuki RM 250 and every time i start it, i can rev it a couple times and then it shuts off. I just cleaned the carburetor and now it wont start at all, even with a new NGK spark plug and air filter

it means youre not getting fuel or spark or the compression is low or it out of time

Your carbs are dirty and your air fuel mix is off. Check all of the jets event eh little tiny idle and slow operating jets.
