What does it mean if the coolant in the reservoir of my '95 Ford Taurus is...

...cloudy dark green? I recently finished driving home to Philadelphia from Florida for the summer and checked my fluids after I got home and the coolant in the reservoir is a dark green color and is very cloudy. I checked the oil level via dipstick and the level/color are just fine. Thanks!!
Also, it has 55K miles and is not overheating
