What Does It Look Like When You Get A List Of All Texts Made On A Cell Phone?

My family's cell phone provider charged my mom for every text made on cell phones, when all was on mine and I have unlimited texting, but they claim $200.00 worth of texts were made. My mom told them she wants a list of all texts made on cell phones and I just want to know what it exactly looks like whenever my mom gets the papers. Like does it tell the whole text or just the beginning of it or just when they were sent or what? I am just anxious because a few of the texts were sexual between my boyfriend and I and I don't exactly want her to read those. But I'm guessing if they're on my phone she won't read them all since there's over 1000 total and she isn't even looking for the ones on my phone but the ones on the others.
