what does it look like after a tb test!?

So right after the tb test, like after you leave the office, the next day if the injection spot is red, does that mean anything, there is no swelling just redness!
 
I have had 2 skin tb tests, and both were a little red the next day and the spot were I was stuck, looked like what you see with any shot, or blood draw. But by day 3 there was nothing, you couldn't even see where it was. That is why they draw a circle around it. And even if it does get raised, it still doesn't mean that you have it. It depends on the size.
