While on internship my company sent me out of town to help oversee another project and send reports for 3 weeks. When I came back a month ago there was a very hot girl hanging out with our friend group, and we very quickly have started hitting it off.
Well, I found out where this girl came from today. Apparently she was set up on a date with my friend Bill, who instantly fell for her. They got drunk at a party, hooked up once, and this girl felt like she had to date him for a little while. A week before I came back though she broke things off saying she really just didn't like Bill that way. Bill has since asked her out twice again, both times getting rejected.
I'm running into this girl seemingly everywhere, and we're getting along more than just well. Do I still need to ask permission to date her from Bill, even though he's been rejected twice in the past month and she's obviously not interested?
