what does dreaming of Pisces fish and prego?

i dreamed i saw the Pisces fish first floating it was small and then i had a baby bump and i didn't know someone pointed it out to me then i looked down and i felt it and saw it. felt so real and i was wearing a white shirt. then it grew bigger and everything got freaky and weird...i was wearing all black and i was running down the stairs and i slipped and my body slipped into the side railing and i dislocated my legs they almost popes off then i got to the bottom of the stairs & the doc told me to take my clothes off but don't let go of the stairs railing and i was in pain so i was laying down and then shadows were flying above me and the doctors were saying that they don't know if they can help me and my baby...then i woke up
 
You obviously are under stress of some sort. When people dream about being pregnant when they are in fact not, it usually means that they are feeling responsible for a heavy load and feeling overwhelmed. The pisces fish represents a water sign and a negative femininity which sometimes represents weakness. I suggest you not look into it too much, dreams are sometimes meaningless but if you continue to have dreams like this, go to a psychologist if you must. Also, go for a massage and relieve some stress. You're obviously feeling under pressure.
