What does Date of Inquiry mean?

I'm doing a project about Marie Curie and the instructions say to give these:

1. What did she discover
2. What experiments did she use? (Diagrams included)
3. Dates of Inquiry
4. How did these discoveries relate to nuclear chemistry?

So what does Dates of Inquiry mean?!?! It's the only thing i need to know to finish my project. PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!:)
