She's the Secretary of State. That means that she has to use her foreign policy experience, that Obama said she doesn't have, to shape US diplomacy.

The Clintons were really counting on her winning the presidency so she could back up all those deals Bill's been making internationally, but she willingly settled for State since that keeps her a player and protects the Clinton's personal financial interests.

She is now the Secretary of State (previously Condoliza Rice). Hillary is now the Chief Foreign Affairs Advisor to the President. She basically represents the USA on an international front and will be sitting in all meetings involving international issues like, war, trade, and humanitarian services. She will enjoy funneling money back to Bill (and her) Global Initiative Charities...... This will be an interesting 4 years.
