What does "camera on standby" mean on Nokia's?

Yeah so everytime I try to take a photo on my phone ect it says that, and I can't get rid of it. Even when I have enough memory or have deleted photos.

It will show if you are opens camera application and didn't do anything.if you do nothing for 15 or 20 seconds when camera is on, application is informing about this telling "camera is on standby".it will not related to memory or something else.Good Luck.
