I have an apartment in Grand Rapids, MI.
Just a basic list would be peachy, if anyone knows. When I moved in, they took note of the things I pointed out, and I've made little repairs (obviously, I'm living there, I want it to be nice) but my lease is up next February and I want to know exactly what they're looking so I know what to focus on when I get the chance.
