what does a high current ratio but good acid test ratio indicate for a business?? help?

the business im looking at has a current ratio of 3 and an acid test ratio of 1.54....what does this indicate? does it mean that the business is doing well? and what could they do to improve profits and business in general. help would be appreciated. thanks
