last will and testament? Imagine the following scenario: A billionaire dies and leaves behind 15 different copies of a last will and testament. All the copies were made out on the same day before the same lawyer and witnesses, but this was done years ago and they can't remember which one was made out last. Given that the court is legally forced to act on the contents of A will, which will will it choose?

And my second question: If a man is missing and pronounced legally dead and his property divided, but he later returns from the wilderness very much alive - will his property be legally returned to him?
