I'm 16 and I have daily field hockey practices until the beginning of November. Assuming I do some sort of cardio for at least 30 minutes on the weekend, what do I need to eat in order to lose weight? I'd like to utilize this daily exercise.
I don't necessarily care about losing it fast, but in order to be healthier I should lose at least ten to twenty pounds. I weigh 160 now at 5'3".
