What doctor to go to get tested for Herpes?

Can anybody tell me please what doctor to go to get tested for herpes?
Can I go to the urologist and get tested?
And by the way, can I go to the urologist about my concerns on my glans penis? No red spots, rash, pain or inflammation, just wrinkly scaly skin with small spots, purplish and white
