EASY answer here, from my perspective. In groups. Why? Because this is how the world really works. We rarely EVER do things alone, but in groups. In business, in industry, out in the workplace, we always are working with others; therefore, more and more, schools (primary, secondary, colleges and universities, motessori and private) are going to the team approach. The only hitch is that each person must know their role and their responsibilities in the group to be an active contributor to the team/group. Makes sense.
