...me and please dont be rude)? Ok so I know many people have probably asked this but I know anorexia and or bulimia is like a desease that skinny people have that think their fat but say a heavy person starves themselves is it still considered anorexia? Because I really like need to loose weight like its so not funny and dont say no you can die please I KNOW people who have eating disorders a girl has bulimia that I know and shes had it for 2 years and bulimia is worse than anorexia I dont want to make myself throw up only starve my self I know that sounds so wrong but my point is this girl I know she lost 87 pounds in one year! Thats like really good in a wierd way and its not like I would eat nothing I would eat like 200 or less calories a day. So what is your oppinion? I need to loose weight im so freaking fat like no im not a skinny person who like sees a fat person in the miror or w/e I am really fat my family calls me fat all the time, so i dont care if u ppl dont wanna give me advice but like say I wanna loose atleast 87 pounds in the next year how much hours a day would I have to exercise to loose the wieght? oh and im not doing this til I die just till Im like 100 pounds is all please help me out Im so fat and I need advice any advic will help, thanks! (real advice not stupid comments like, your stupid, or you will get hooked to it plz just advice thaks!)
ok so say I wanna eat like a few times a day and eat healthy stuff in the morning, and only healthier stuff like meat, eggs and all. Can I skip my school lunch? I wake up at 6:00 am probably eat at 6:15 then I get out of school at 2:40 home at 3:15 so can I skip my lunch? Or will that slow down my motabalisum? (or how ever you spell it) I really will like exercise and all but if I cant starve my self whats like how do I loose weight I cant do the eat 4 small meals because school and I go t obed usually at 8:00 so like what do I do?
 
Won't work. You will gain all your weight right back after you stop starving yourself, so don't even bother trying to lose weight unless you want to do it the right way (eat right and exercise).

By the way, starving yourself makes your hair fall out. You could develop bald spots from malnutrition. So you may lose some weight, but you'll be bald. Bald spots on a girl = not sexy.

Trust me on this. Nobody mentions the hair loss from anoerexia. I know from experience.
 
You don't have to starve yourself!!! Just learn to not eat as much, learn to eat healthier, and exercise. If you lose a lot of weight, and then think "Ok, now i'm good" and go back to your old habits, you'll gain that weight back faster than ever. If you do want to eat less, you can buy pills that help suppress hunger. I've also heard that drinking some corn syrup will help with suppressing hunger because i coats your stomach. I don't recommend it though.
 
Okay what you need to do is exercise at least once a day for a minimum of a half hour. Then you need to start eating healthy food. Stay away from corn syrup, saturated fats, artificial coloring or anything artificial. Get only food that has a few ingredients, get organic food, eat lots of fruit and vegetables, try to eat less meat or stick to poultry, drink low fat milk, get cheeses with out "rbst". That is a start. IM me with any questions!
 
If you care so much, then get off your lazy ass and RUN at least a mile a day and then eventually two. Then go lift weights and i mean lift hard. dont do what feels comfortable, you must push yourself until it burns. Quit eating crap and stick to homemade meals with unprocessed meat and vegetables. do NOT go to McDonald's or any other fastfood place do this EVERYDAY. it wont be fun but it will certainly work. the problem with people these days is that they are too lazy to do this and just want a quick an easy way like starving themselves or using a fad diet that never works. I really hope you do this and dont wimp out. you will have more friends and guys will start to like you for once. If you really care about yourself then you better stik to this.
 
Anorexia isn't different if you are actually overweight or not. It also won't help you lose weight. Starvation will make you gain weight. If you are not taking in enough calories to power your body, your body will start to store the few calories you do eat as a survival method. Just eat small meals 5-6 times a day. Limit your portions. Start exercising. Just go on a short walk every day.

ok, look, you really can't expect people not to tell you to not become anorexic because it's probably not going to happen. any sane person realizes that it's dangerous and won't recommend it. if you want to lose weight, be sensible about it. cut your calories down to about 1200-1500 a day. if you eat only 200 a day like you plan to, you're going to a) not have the willpower to keep it up and you're going to end up binging on food and feeling like crap about it, b) not have enough energy to exercise like you want to, and c) cause your body to think it's in starvation mode. this means that your body will eat itself; your metabolism will slow down and when you start eating again (and you will, because 200 calories a day isn't something you can do the rest of your life) you will gain weight like crazy and end up fatter than before. eat less junk food, and more salads and veggies. have three regular sized meals a day with two small, healthy snacks in between so you don't get hungry. cut down or cut out the soda completely. drink water and green tea, the water flushes out toxins and the green tea will boost your metabolism, especially if you take it with a twist of lemon. find an exercise you like and get out there and move! find a good mix of cardio and strength training; you won't get huge man muscles and as you build muscle your metabolism will speed up, because muscle burns more calories than fat. it's best to lose a pound or two a week, losing more isn't terribly healthy for you. besides, if you do end up starving yourself, you'll be all gross because your skin won't tone up as you lose weight and you'll look like you're swimming in a sea of loose skin. not attractive. i hope you'll take my advice to heart, because there are a lot of better ways to safely lose weight than anorexia.
 
Iam over weight.2 of my friends lost alot of weight by doing the low carbs diet.All carbs are is sugar.Eat protean like egg,meat,cheese.No pizza no chips no bread.I just lost 4 lb in a week.You want your body to burn fat no sugar or carbs
