what do you think people 500 years from now will think of our culture today?

when we think of people 500 years ago we think they were very ignorant about stuff. for example they thought the world was flat and they burned people over accusations of witchcraft and so on. so will people in the 26th century look back to our news reels about 9/11 and presidential elections and super bowls with wardrobe malfunctions and bill o'reillys and think we were the stupidest bunch of queers that ever walked the earth? what do you think peeps in the future will think of popular music today compared to classical music? I mean back then education was scarce and only meant for a select few so thats why the world was what it was but what excuse will we have? lol

I think there are also things that we think people did well 500 years ago. They nurtured the environment and respected it as more powerful then themselves. They had values and morals that were stronger than ours seem to be today I think... or maybe they were just oppressed by one another.

I think that in 500 years people will think we were selfish and short sighted in this time. That as a culture, we were very unfocused and un-united.

But they may be worse off then than we are now and may think that we valued things they don't. Like staying connected with our families with various forms of communication... or believing in marriage and monogamy for the most part...

WE will have the excuse that since our elders began to see flaws and discontinuities in the messages of their religious leaders, we were left to our own devices and unguided/misguided spiritually. That is why we have no regard for one another.
