i am a disabled person went to london and got a ticket for £60 for 8mins my son parked the car to get me from the hotel and help me down the stair ,s my disable badges was in the window went to westminster cathedral park in a disable bay as we thought and got another ticket for £60 they have two kinds of disable badges in westminster one for people who live there and one for others how was we to know that living miles away
