The Angel
It seems like i'm always fighting a battle that can never be won.A endless struggle to declare myself and be someone.Every time i feel success something over turns me causing pain and distress.The age of a lion treated like a lamb .A down cast spirit trying to hold its ground .Lost in translation ,heart ripping at the seems and still no one can fully believe .That i cause no harm and all i want is to mend and bring peace .But all i get is a outward bound feeling that has no relief .Trapped and broken with no sign of repair the the angel has spoken in harsh and stale air . Wings that may flutter trapped in a cage and all she can do is write words to page .Empty and careful the angel then dies and all those who downed her bury ashamed heads and cry .Once a trapped angel now free to love and let be meets her creator with open arms to greet me .No longer sore or out of place .No longer sad or weary just the free peace maker who wanted a loving family .They fought and said words but now that it is over and done the broken ,harsh family becomes a big,loving one .Life at its greatest the angel then sees is when you love and let go and be who God made you to be .
