What do you think of this poem?

i have epic writer's block... so it's not so good... suggestions to make it flow more, and more poetic... and title suggestions.... yess... i know it's short and shit

My heart is all black and blue
From everything you put me through
I’m dying inside
Everyday, just pushed aside

My heart is covered in scars
My soul is restrained with bars
Never showing the real me
Never letting my feelings run free

My heart is in tiny pieces
My depression just increases
Living everyday in woe
Wondering if it’s time to go

Because I can’t take this pain
It’s just driving me insane
I live everyday in fear
Waiting for happiness to appear
