an old man's soul is borne
up into the heavens
his passing is not mourned
though my step shan't be leavened
his reflection upon the sea
broken beneath a keel
as the waves surge up
the gulls begin to cheer
his presence in the air
will signal something great
a harvesting of sorts
beings' minds doth he take
