What do you think of this logo?

It's a logo I've made for a college assignment for a teen organisation. The word is "Young" in Norwegian, btw =) I had to use that word and make a logo out of it.
 
Very beautiful but if it is a teen organization for both boys and girls it is a little feminine. Also, the typeface does blend into the background a little too much and maybe should be bolder
