Three men were on top of a skyscraper, the first man said to the second "Did you know the wind up here is so strong that if you step of the edge you'll float in mid-air?" and to prove it the first man stepped of and floated around,.
The second man stepped off and plummeted to his death. Both men were silent for a while before the third man said to the first,
"Do you know you can be a real as*hole sometimes, Superman"

heres the drunk version

Tom walks into a skyscraper bar and orders a pint. Then, the guy sitting next to him randomly runs and jumps out of the top floor window. 5 minutes later, the man appears again. The man drinks a beer and then jumps out again. After 5 times Tom asks "How are you doing that? You should be dead!" The man replies "When you drink beer, you not only feel light headed, but your body amazingly gets lighter aswell, giving you the power to float down to the ground, unharmed."
"WOW!" says Tom, he downs the rest of his pint and then jumps from the top window. He falls to his death with a splat.
The bartender turns to the man and says "Superman, you can be a real jerk when you're drunk".
