What do you think of this diet/exercise plan?

this is what I ate/did today:

-2 servings dried fruit
-salad
-one cup smoothie/juice
-bread and dip
-30 mins low intensity cardio on elipitcal, 30 mins weight training
-omelete with veggies and cheese

if i keep this up, will I lose weight? less food? more exercise?

PS: i'm a vegetarian
